Dropped off a prescription to collect an hour later so that I wouldn’t have to wait around with a poorly 5 month old in tow. Went back to collect only to have the most horrible experience. Clearly they were having trouble locating my prescription, but rather than let me know what was happening I was left stood at the counter holding my baby while 2 members of staff had a chat about it. Eventually I asked if there was a problem (it should have been one of them who came over and said sorry we are having an issue please have a seat while we sort it for you). But no, I was the one who had to ask what was happening. Eventually it was located and handed to me but with no apology and no acknowledgement that I had to wait. Will go elsewhere in future.

A hidden gem of a chemist. I had no idea it was located where it was but glad I found it. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient. There's no parking outside but if you can overcome that, I recommend it.

Absolute outraged turn up at 4.45 for my meds to find out a note on the door saying closing at 5.15 pm to not be given my meds will be taking this further I’ve rang and rang all day to come down to this note

Different opening times online to what the shop operate under leaving people waiting outside. Has happened twice now, the first time the shop was open late and then had to wait for a pharmacist to show up, disorganised.

Anyone know if they have changed their number? Last few months I’ve tried ringing through and no response, been having to gallivant through the doctors to get my prescriptions..

Wife this week has tried 35 times over 3 days to get through on the phone to sort out an item missing from last prescription, disgusting. Furthermore I am told I have to ring up now and order my repeat prescription!! They are having a laugh!!!!!

Numerous issues here, been given someone else’s prescription, opening hours are different to those listed. Not a great showing from a big chain pharmacy.
