Knights Royston Hall Pharmacy

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Waited 45 minutes to be told they didn't have my prescription on record. I ordered a repeat prescription from them two weeks prior. More than enough time to pick and bag the items. Why did it take 45 minutes, to tell me that between the gp and yourselves you hadn't bothered to get the prescription sent across? I don't know why that couldn't have been checked on arrival with a quick name/address search. That would have shown that no prescription had been sent,instead I've wasted 45 minutes of my life for something which should have been a two minute interaction. If I was a dosser it wouldn't matter but after working all day to then waste my free time stood in a pharmacy takes the Mick tbf. Honestly never been so annoyed with a business,I know nobody cares but I won't be bothering with them again after this shambles.

Great communication and teamwork. So worried I wouldn't get my prescription at short notice with the bank holiday. All sorted by the wonderful staff!

I been going to this pharmacy for 7 years now. Went into the pharmacy this morning to be ask can I talk to you. When I was being spoken to don't like other rasing there voice high volume at me in front of other people that really disgraceful. Treating a pregnant woman by rasing there voices at me and being rude while i was talking so rude. Staff are so rude and no respect at all.

Don't give a service .they never answer phone .they have it on engaged constantly .I need contact because they deliver my heart meds and other meds tried to ring this morning to asked for delivery in afternoon as I had a hos app no answer .when I got back they'd put a note through door they'd been .they told me 5collect .I can'tcame out of hos sun .I have mobility and breathing problems .my heart med have been upped .I'm desperate for them but no one answers . I once stood in their shop and rang none of the staff answerd Iim at my wit's end with them went mad

What a great professional, hardworking & caring pharmacy with wonderful staff who know what they are doing and also have a passionate nature.

I have had a few prescription problems in the past but it was resolved so quickly and professionally by the Prescriptions Team at St Heliers Medical Practice and the pharmacy.

Last week I was issued a prescription by a doctor following on from a telephone consultation at St Heliers Medical Practice and unfortunately the prescription got sent elsewhere.

If it wasn’t for the pharmacy staff who acted on it so quickly and professionally I wouldn’t of had a prescription for the medication I was prescribed.

Thank you once again Team you do a really good job at keeping this pharmacy up and running even though it can be hard at times with the demands for prescriptions.
