Called in for my prescription of sleeping tablets and anti depressants, they sorted the anti depressants but couldn’t get the sleeping tablets yet when I turned up and explained I’m going away for five days they offered to sell me prescription sleeping tablets even tho on my record I have a repeat prescription

Alllways have to wait even though I give a weeks notice prescriptions are piled up like a jumble sale unorganised chaos never the same pharmacist very unprofessional

Went to get my prescription tablet. While serving to me man had phone call and walked away without saying anything. Then I asked another woman to serve me. She was very rude. Saying I should wait until that man comes.

Gave wrong medication, did not even say sorry. The new manager is rude and very unhelpfull. The previous manager was really nice, helpfull. Even my doctors receptionist said there has been a lot of complaints and people are changing pharmacy.

Make mistakes with prescription often. I went to pick up my medication from them and they only put one in the bag so I phoned them and also went there again and they kept saying they put it in the bag so in the end I gave up and changed pharmacy. Never sending my prescriptions there again, I changed to Harrisons which is near anyway and they don't make mistakes. The dentist next door is also garbage they didn't know what to do with my dad's tooth. Avoid moonlight pharmacy/dentist go somewhere else.

Charged my pregnant wife for meds when it's on prescription, systems down, very rude unprofessional team highly unrecommended, didnt refund the money even though the owner said they will. Reported for poor unsafe practice.

Most racists place ! I have been to the gp in the same time with another lady with a child same age as mine. We both get the same prescription, Amoxicillin , 500 mg every 8 hours. I go to Moonlight and the man from there give the lady 2 bottle of Amoxicillin 500 mg in front of me and he told me he don't have for me. I show him the item in his hand and said this is different. The only difference was my skin color than him and that lady . After I go to 8 different pharmacy, I found the item exactly the same. SHAME ON YOU! RACISTS

Poor service, they leave you hanging on the phone, tell lies, delivery service is so bad, was told my prescription was being delivered, then it's not ! No one knows what they are doing, then they pretend they don't have a driver, they are unprofessional !!
