Sherwood late night pharmacy and store

I've used this pharmacy for years, usually quite good. I called to order my repeat prescription, the pharmacy usually do this automatically. Two days later I called, the person hadn't even ordered it. I call the GP & did it myself. When I went to collect it, they knew I was there & deliberately kept me waiting. Will be changing pharmacy.

I went to get my booster at my dedicated slot to find a massive queue of people as they are letting people in who are really late or early or have no booking at all. What is the point of having a time slot? The wait was approx 5 min per person so with at least 15 people in front of me I make that out as a minimum of 45 min. This is not acceptable when having to take time off work or sort child care. Staff clearly could not manage the situation and their answer was to wait. If only it were that easy. I had to get back to work so no booster for me!

Ring up to harass and tell you off, not one but twice, after they treat you with awful customer service. Middle of serving me stop and serve not one but two other customers, one of which was an uncle they were printing something off for as a favour: disgraceful the phone calls were the last straw

Pharmacist did not wear a mask when vaccinating vulnerable people in a small windowless room and clearly was not washing his hands between patients. When I challenged him on this he said he didn’t touch people to vaccinate them. The shop was very crowded and not social distanced and the other member of staff did not wear a mask either. I didn’t feel safe in there.

Please understand that people arriving for a vaccination might be anxious and don't need to be rudely sent outside in the rain because they had arrived a few minutes early for an appointment.

Had an appointment on 1st January for a covid booster at 12pm no one in, lights were out. I waited 15 minutes in case they were late but still no sign of anyone. Have tried telephoning since but constantly engaged. What a shambles. Also late night pharmacist if you call 8pm late

Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. I rang ahead at 9pm to find out if they had what I needed before making my trip, which they did. Went in and they were so polite and checked with me that I was getting the right thing. Reasonably priced as well :) Social distancing was done well and there was sanitiser available on all counters and the door. Will definitely use them again if I need a late night option 😀.

Terrible robbing money grabbers.
Needed an emergency prescription and they would only give me 2 days worth and wanted to charge £18+ for it!
Usually pay £18 for 2months worth.
Had to take my chance without the tablets!!
