The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.
I have the same prescription for years now but they still can’t get it right, from month to month I have to deal with the same issues.

There are serious organisation issues at this pharmacy. In the year since moving to the village I have been unable to get a monthly prescription without issues for myself and my husband. The system of passing a prescription from the surgery to the chemist literally next door supposedly has to allow 7 days! Seriously in this day and age 7 days!! I went in today to be told by the pharmacy that an urgent request for an emergency prescription hadn't been sent to the chemist. Again I make the walk from the chemist to the doctors to wait in line to be told it's been sent. I go back to the chemist and they find the prescription then I wait again for it to be dispensed. Last month the chemist had lost the prescription altogether, the month before I had to go back the day after I called to collect as again it wasn't processed.
As the process of getting a monthly prescription is now mandatory this chemist needs to work faster and more efficiently to dispense peoples medication without issues.

The staff here are wonderful, thoughtful and even call you quickly when there is something to check. Great selection of products on sale with money off all the time. The gift section is very good and the prices are ridiculously low. I have used this pharmacy for 11 years. They are the best.

The worst chemist I have ever had. They have had my prescription now for 11 days and still not issued my meds As most are either psychotic or opiot based this last few days without them is hell.

This is the worst pharmacy I have used ,incompetent staff who never have my prescription ready even after 10 days you still have to wait for it to be done ,only to be told some of it is not in stock

All other pharmacy’s I can get my prescription either same or next day. Well 7days!!!!!

So far I have had a great service. The doctors next door send over my prescription and I get a text to say it’s ready and go and collect and it is done the same day even when it has been an emergency prescription.
