Very nice family that work here

Website needs updating showing correct opening closing times. Went at 8am to find not open until 9. Went to collect prescription before closing time but they shut the door early refusing anyone to collect prescriptions (antibiotics) and not willing to advise what to do ie 111 etc. very bad service. Only Advised that they are allowed to shut early without notice but had patients sat collecting prescriptions inside. Several people left unable to collect and no idea how to collect emergency prescriptions as closed on Sundays as well.

Wow, this place is like a throwback to a bygone era and is desperate need of a refurbishment. It is dirty, dingy and very tired. I went for a Covid Booster jab and when I arrived was greeted with a room full of people sat on chairs. I went to the counter, to be greeted by one of the most miserable and surly assistants I've come across recently, who gave me a grunt and told me to sit down. No mention that they were running 25 minutes late on the appointments. Several people came in for prescriptions and were greeted in a similar manner. She then started openly slagging off customers (to another customer) who were moaning about the delays, telling her "she couldn't bear them". I think she needs another job if she is so unhappy. I wouldn't go here again if it was the last place in the Town. I'd drive somewhere else. Absolutely awful place.

Avoid! Do not use for covid vaccinations. Not organised, staff hid in the back. Arrived at my time slot to find 20 people ahead of me who had waited for over an hour so had to leave. Do not use

Only went in to buy something. Man dismt know how til worked, till was broken, he walked off, the woman ignored me so left item on counter and left it. Awful service avoid.

Went for booster against COVID and I was early but was able to sit and wait inside .My jab was given efficiently and on time by a very pleasant lady. Only 4 stars as a long way from where I live. Grateful for the vaccine ,thanks.

Shop is a little old-fashioned, and it has had a lot of new staff recently who are still getting used to their jobs, but they all seem friendly and helpful.

Don’t bother I waited 35 mins to be seen in a queue of 2 people which has happened on multiple occasions. I also make sure I give my repeat in 5 working days before and always missing or can’t find it.
