Chemist Direct

Avoid this shambolic company. I purchased from there three times and they are constantly spamming me with emails. I have unsubscribed from all marketing material and it still came. I contacted customer services and they said they would stop. They did not. I contacted them again and they said they will stop after one month. They did not. They are now sending me emails every single day and there’s no way to stop this.

Would never purchase again from such an aggressive marketing tactic company.

A good reliable company and very professional in its services. Easy to navigate through the app, and plenty of choices to select from. Being virtually housebound, I depend on "on-line" chemists and some are good, but there are a few that are not. I find 'Chemist Direct' dependable and have a prompt delivery service. 10/10..✅

In the past they have been good but the last 2 orders have been incorrect products and they were not really that helpful to sort it out. So ill give them a 2

I used the product (beard dye) in the prescribed manner and it didn't work at all so I emailed Chemist Direct over a week ago (the day after I received it) and asked if the dye had gone past the use by date (it doesn't appear on the product or packaging). I received an email back that day that Chemist Direct would check the warehouse stock but never heard any more???
