Kamsons Pharmacy

Use this pharmacy all the time and it used to be brilliant. Just lately though it has gone down hill. My repeat prescriptions are not going through on time and even if I go in to order they are not getting them. Continually blaming the doctors for not replying to presriction request but on contacting surgery I find the order has not been requested. My life depends on my medication and having to wait an extra week can be fatal for me.

The ladies working there are always very nice and helpful, whether it’s in person or on the phone. When I phone there is never huffing and puffing, always good advice and straight to the point, black and white, no confusion. Keep up the good work ladies 🙂

So even though my presription was sent to the wrong phamacy kamsons london road sittingbourne was able to run my prescription to my door so i wasn't late or stressed for work too kind!! Many thanks shannon credit to kamsons

Best pharmacy in Sittingbourne! It is always pleasurable to visit this pharmacy as the whole hard working staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Had a Flu Jab in Kamsons Chemists
Filled out a form & pharmacist gave me the injection all good thank-you

Rang up to enquire about flu jabs. Was told it is a 'walk in' facility. Visited same afternoon. Five minutes filling out a form then invited into a privacy cubicle. Jab done in seconds, never felt a thing. All staff pleasant and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better service. Compare that with my earlier call to my GP who informed me that I should have been invited for a jab and they didn't know why I hadn't, but I could gave one in two months time, in January!

A big thank you to the Quartz Way staff who got my urgent prescription to me this afternoon despite having to order the item in from elsewhere. Tomorrow mornings Nurse would have had a failed visit without it.

Excellent service lovely helpful staff at Quartz Way who go out of their way, very well stocked I needed prescription items that aren’t readily available and they had it all and outside parking a bonus 👍
