Cramped unorganised people had to hang around in doorway
Late starting with Covid vaccination appointments

Not the best experience most times I go in. Always made to feel customer is inconveniencing the staff. Staff need to realise they are there to assist patients not the other way round.

Kind and helpful staff here and at the adjoining GP surgery.
