2nd time having to go back to pharmacy after having blister packs delivered, and not having the correct tablets in. Often long waiting times , even when its just
2or 3 people but staff don’t seem to care with the exception of one long time Assistant. I witnessed a pharmacist rolling her eyes and smirking to her colleagues whilst on the phone apologising to a client about not having a product in, such a bad attitude.

Very friendly and competent service that goes the extra mile. There is a certain redundancy of paper and computer generated prescriptions which suggests a software problem all too typical of NHS software procurement.

very bad service, had to go 2 times to pick up the prescription even then they didn't order 2 items. When asked why “they tried everywhere but not in stock”. Just went down to Boots and got the same item that they claim couldn't find anywhere. Very poor counter and medicine are coming in dirty plastic bags. The service went down very badly .

Unbelievably disrespectful counter service. The assistant walked past me twice then proceeded to pick up the ringing phone and deal with a query. She did not even acknowledge that she was keeping me waiting. Shame they're my local pharmacy!

Disappointed with service as the last 3 visits I've been to collect my prescription ive .been charged £10 instead of £9.35 as they never have change in their till.

The lovely young lady (Sidra) was super helpful, taking time out of her busy day to help me with my query, it’s rare that people stop what they’re doing to help someone these days! I will be returning as this place has shown me greater kindness that my local pharmacy has in 15 years! My medication was also packed nicely. Very impressed young lady!

Well-stocked pharmacy, competitive prices, smiling, helpful and competent staff. Possibility of ordering very quickly! A fresh pharmacy with many useful products, including cosmetics.

Excellent service. The staff was super lovely and very helpful , I will definitely come back!
