Didn't bother to ring me when my daughters prescription came in. It took 10 days, and they aparantly had it for 4 days when I spoke to them. Used to be a good pharmacy. Not any more though.

I've been using mims for several years now on a regular basis for the anti coagulation clinic they provide. In that time I have become very impressed with the service they provide, not just with me but for everyone requiring assistance. I have found Tariq and his team to have an assured and friendly manner often on first name terms with the public. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Communication skills are on point helpful staff alway making sure the right medication is given checks are on point too .
Can’t fault it at the moment and a pharmacy like this it’s what England needs
Bad points is the clutter and it needs a modern clean environment.

Rude staff. Handed me 2 boxes of paracetamol didn’t bother put in paper bag. Pharmacist was under 18 and was walking up and down the store asking main pharmacist if he was doing the correct thing. I am dyslexic and was not given instructions on how often I should take medication. Additional medication had to be ordered in to pick up the next day. I came the next day to pick this up and was told this medication had not been ordered and will be reordered again.

Had a covid booster booked. Very quick and efficient. Can't fault it

I am not familiar with the area and this is not my usual chemist; however being a BH I was advised by the NHS 111 Dr that this chemist is one of the few that remain open, and he will send my prescription for antibiotics there.

On arrival I informed the Pharmacist that 111 sent a prescription there for me and gave him my details. He checked his computer and told me there is nothing for me!

I was shocked, he checked again and said there was nothing, telling me that am I sure they sent it there and I should call 111. I was upset as I knew 111 phonelines were extremely busy, it took 2 hours to get through previously and I won't be able to get through before the chemist closed.

I managed to call the GP out of hours hub and explain the situation. The very kind lady on the line gave me the barcode number of my prescription, which the Pharmacist, after much arguing and talking over the lady typed into his computer. He then responded with... "oh yes, it's here" 😳😭

I have never been so upset, look at all the stress this Pharmacist made me pass through when the prescription was there, staring him in the face the whole time!

He did not have the antibiotic in stock so I quickly rushed to Boots The Brewery where a very kind and attentive Pharmacist immediately dispensed my prescription.
