I ordered my prescription on last Thursday 11 of July2019.Pharmasict (Mr.A Arkwazi/Reg: 2218304) told me that currently, they haven’t got Olanzapine 5mg. He said he will order it and it will be here by 24 hours Friday 12 of July. Today is 14 of July and after three days they told me to go somewhere else to find your tablet or wait for next week???!! I already out of tablets and no one responds to me clearly. This customer service is disgusting and unacceptable

I booked an appointment for the flu vaccine, had two messages to confirm my appointment, and upon arrival was told they couldn't do it because the pharmacist wasn't in. How can a pharmacy operate without a pharmacist on site? Very poor.

Booked a hearing test last night for 2.45, I arrived at 2.30 to be told the audiologist was not in her room as not answering her phone. The assistant had no record of my booking, I was told he would rebook for another day. I specifically chose a boots a bus ride away from my local just because they had a slot for today.
