This is my local pharmacy & I’ve been using it for over 5 years, they have always provided great customer service & have a good selection of products & gifts, what prompted me to write this review was the fantastic customer service I received from the pharmacist, I have back problems & after picking up my prescription was foolishly attempting to carry heavy shopping bags- the pharmacist saw me struggling & offered to help, very kindly carrying my shopping to my car for me! Fantastic service & so thoughtful, a big thank you!

I'm afraid I am regrettably forced to agree with Mr Gallagher below regarding the poor level of service. I was kept waiting for over fifteen minutes today despite five or six members of staff milling behind the front desk and I am writing this review as this is not the first time it has happened. When someone finally acknowledged my existence I was told if I waited until the following day (not behind the desk, I hoped) it would be delivered the following day and I agreed only to be called later on and told they could not supply it anyway. Dealing with this chemist is like Beckett's Waiting for Godot. The resulting apology ('I am sorry YOU feel upset') was worded without responsibility or accountability.

I have always had a very good experience with this pharmacy they care. I'm having trouble with one medication but I'm 100% sure they will do their best as always. I really appreciate all the staff who work so hard for our community.

Once again extreme rudeness from Arpan whilst making a simple repeat prescription request. Rest of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
