ASDA Pharmacy

Only really to be used if combining your visit with a shop as for some reason it takes at least 20 mins to prepare your prescription. Apart from that all the usual tablets, nicotine patches etc in the main part of the pharmacy.

The pharmacist here was the rudest I've ever met. I needed an emergency prescription, and while I understand that was maybe not their process, shouting at me, being dismissive, and being incredibly unhelpful really wasn't helpful. Needless to say the staff at Stone Pharmacy helped me and were really kind. Shocking behaviour Asda!

Staff are rude, waiting time for the prescription was told 'at least half an hour'. It was quicker for me to go back to my car, drive to bluewater, walk to boots pharmacy and wait there instead, with the added benefit of friendlier people.

Its a busy place a pharmacy but the fact that they Never answer the phone is disgustingly poor. So instead you have walk 1 mile to ask have you this medicine or can i pull in a token from another pharmacy. I've tried calling on different days at different times and nothing just rings out. I know its difficult times but if their not going to pick up the phone, then remove number from website or say we dont take calls.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Was asked to leave prescription and will be informed next day about collection. Received no call and would not pick up phone. So went in person and was told that could not ring supplier as she started late. This was an excuse to begin with. She rang next day saying collect prescription tomorrow. On arrival to pick up after waiting 15 minutes was told that they could not dispense it as prescription given by vet was an electronic one sent by email and they needed an original signature. To tell me this after 4 visits and keeping hold of prescription for two days, these people need a brain transplant.

Agree with over reviews. If there was an option for 0 star, this is what I would have given.
Understandably it is a very busy chemist, but surely they should employ more staff as there is the need!
Waiting over 45 mins for antibiotics, walked round the block a few times and was told none in stock. Outrageous.

Absolutely shocking. Always a push to do shopping in the store next door. Always 20-30 mins to get tablets. Never have them or lose them (misplaced my arse). Never in any other chemist do you have to wait so long for a prescription. Everyone should avoid this place and close it down. Prescriptions can be sent out now so me need for these wastes of time. Frustrated is an understatement !!! Again, they have failed. If you want to provide a service, you need to be 100% stocked and not 20% as always. They should just close it down as they are clearly not worried about its customers. Would have given no stars as the place is just a massive fail !!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. told to wait over an hour for antibiotics and asthma pumps. do you want me to die? such rude nasty staff aswell don’t care about their job they’re too busy doing their weekly shop in asda.
