If you live in France don't order from this place. The VAT and postage added more than 25 Euros to the price of the product. The VAT was not advertised and the shipping price was not shown until I was checking out. I refused the order and of course the company kept 10 Euros for shipping. Very bad experience all around.

As a French expat who’s lived in England for the past 7 years and who still has doctors based in France, The French Pharmacy has really changed my life. Getting my medication here has been a real challenge in the past, but the French Pharmacy’s system works wonderfully. Now I can get my French prescriptions delivered to me in London. It’s very quick, completely hassle-free, a real game changer and lifesaver even. This pharmacy truly offers a real French medical experience in England. I’ve also had a skincare consultation with Marine, and again it’s been nothing less than outstanding. Marine, just like the rest of her staff, is very attentive. She really listens to your concerns, gives great advice and cares about your wellbeing beyond the appointment. All around great customer service and patient care - merci!

Sadly my experience of this store did not live up to expectations. Products are great - love all things from french pharmacies , however the staff were unhelpful and disinterested. Will wait until I go to France in future.
