Ever since new ownership this chemist is awful. They often just ignore you for ages while you wait at the counter then constantly fail to put prescriptions in for you on time. They never communicate to resolve these constant problems or try to make any pleasant contact with their valuable customers.
I was happily supporting this as my local pharmacy for years as it was friendly and convenient but due to the rude attitude of the new staff can no longer do so.

I've been to the pharmacy twice. Both times I've experienced really bad customer service. An older lady at the counter is rude and very unfriendly. I asked about Covid test kits but surprisingly the answer had nothing to do with my question and it just said that the line is long outside and maybe I should come back another time.

served by an older woman who asked in front of everyone what i needed antibiotics for, simply dehumanising and humiliating considering there were other customers around. didn’t exactly want a bunch of strangers to know something personal about my health. disgusting and unprofessional to do that.

Picked up my husbands medication specifically asking for Teva brand. Staff are most polite and professional. Very pleased with the service. Thank you

Worse chemist, blames the customer for late orders or accused customer of not handing in prescriptions do not use this chemist if you take medication for serious health issues

I will NOT be using this Chemist again.

Terrible customer service from the older woman at the till followed by the girl who gave me my flu jab.

When I initially walked in I was wearing a face mask exemption lanyard. The older woman at the till interrupted me to tell me to put a mask on, so I held the lanyard up and said I was exempt. She walked to the back of the pharmacy to collect my lateral flow tests that I was also picking up, she shouted back at me again that I needed to wear a mask for my flu jab. I said AGAIN that I’m exempt, I cannot wear a mask but if she had a viser/faceshield I was happy to wear one. She didn't respond to me and just looked at her colleague who muttered something under her breath.

The girl then came to the till and spoke to me like I was a child. Telling me I was 20 minutes early for my flu jab and that she cannot give it to me earlier as she had another customer due in 10minutes. It wasn't clear to me why she couldn't administer the jab earlier as they are 10minute appointments and there was nobody else in the chemist, but at this point my partner and I felt angered by their rude attitudes towards me so we left.

When I returned I was handed a face shield, jabbed and went on my way within 5minutes despite the shop being busy at this time.

In a pharmacy setting it's important to feel comfortable but I didn't feel at ease at all.

Considering this is a medical environment I would expect them to be more considerate of customers with hidden disabilities.

It's clear from all the bad reviews that the staff have absolutely no customer service skills. I’m sure there are plenty of helpful, friendly, professional people who could do their jobs better.

They are utterly appalling.

I always try to shop in local businesses rather than chains or supermarkets, but this place is a lost cause. I've tried to purchase over-the-counter medications here on three separate occasions and they never seem to have anything in stock, or know when they will have it back in stock. The staff are rude, you don't even get a "sorry", just, "No, we don't have that".

These kind of businesses don't just squander their own good will, but also make life harder for small businesses everywhere by driving people back to big chains.

It’s useful to have a local pharmacy on this side of Canterbury but I really struggle to support this Cheadles. It was too complex for them to organise a flu jab for me, they don’t do e-prescriptions or seem to care about helping me, their staff are not helpful.
