Putney Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

We've had nothing but excellent care and help from Putney Pharmacy. Both myself and my daughter are 'regulars' (sadly) and the staff couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. Great to have a such a professional team to turn to for advice and help - especially as it take so long to get a GP appointment these days!

I went here with my son after another pharmacy said the scar on my son’s face was fine. The kind pharmacist who looked at my son in Putney pharmacy told me it was infected and it was important I take him to the doctor. She was brilliant - she took the time with us and if it wasn’t for her my toddler might still be suffering.
Also my son is autistic and I feel comfortable explaining my needs such as him not being able to stand in a queue because I feel they would have an understanding of his difficulties. This is huge for parents with special needs children as it doesn’t make the visit an ordeal.

Make sure you check prices against other pharmacies!! I paid £100 for 60 tablets here. Felt a bit ripped off so shopped around and found it for £60 at Lloyds pharmacy, way cheaper!! Feels quite exploitative

Truly awful customer service. Had to call them and the phone was answered with "Yeah?"
Was put on hold without being advised. There was no hold music so dead silence on the line and I had no idea what was happening.
When the query was answered, the woman on the phone didn't even say goodbye. She just hung up! While I was midsentence.

Not only that, the pharmacy in general seems incapable of arranging repeat prescriptons. My mother has run out of her tablets 3 times in a row because they are not submitting to the doctor surgery in a timely manner.

I can’t thank Sean enough! I went there to do a lateral flow test and Sean was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process. Going to a pharmacy (specially during this time) can be stressful but not here. The whole experience was extraordinarily! Thank you again :)

Although I no longer live in Putney having returned to South Wales,I wish to record my sincere gratitude to the Pharmacist for her advice and recommendations on how to manage my then newly diagnosed Emphysema. Also my gratitude to the friendly and efficient staff. My best wishes to all.

Fantastic experience at Putney Pharmacy. Harsha and Team always extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable on any issue. Appointments very flexible for easy booking and always great service and willingness to provide best possible solutions. Highly recommend!

Didn't like that we were given a medicine from 2 different manufacturers for the same treatment, 3 pills from one, 20something from the other, why mix? Also patient informatory leaflets in our packet were either from same medicine but from different manufacturer, or a different medicine pack (new treatment) didn't have a leaflet with instructions in it at all!
