Good pharmacist, despite a hectic looking environment as they have halved the store for vaccinations. Staff helpful and do their best. Pharmacist himself was happy to see me, was very reassuring and knowledgeable on a condition that I brought to his attention. Recommended.

had my covid and flu jab here yesterday. the nurse didn't make eye contact once, and was cold. the guy who gave me the jab wasn't friendly, either. woman behind the counter nice though. i think the nurse and vaccine administer could use some training in patient care. my aunty refuses to go there again because they are unfriendly. my mum's cleaner says it's got a rep for it...

This is usually a happy pharmacy but I feel it’s gone downhill since the more experienced staff have gone. I got used to seeing them regularly. Can’t believe they’re not there, one particular staff member really had the personal touch and always asked after my parents. None of that now. The young girl wearing black, who served me the other day was SO MISERABLE and unfriendly. Why would they make redundant an experienced helpful pharmacy technician of years, and replace her with uncaring unfriendly staff. My daughter went in last week and the same girl just gave my daughter death stares and she felt really uncomfortable. All the nice friendly staff seem to be leaving over the years and there’s no one to have a chat with anymore. I did get my flu vaccination from the pharmacist who has always been nice.

I had an appointment for the covid jab and just had to wait for a couple of minutes. The staff is very friendly and they have a good selection of health care products and you can get professional advice concerning your health.

This place only has a 1 as there is no way of giving zero. Appointments are appointments, but walk in patients (locals) seem to take priority. Floor dirty and no reference booking checked. Sat waiting when the Pharmacist did turn up to give me my covid booster he was unmasked and didn't wear gloves. Having pinched my arm were I believed the injection would be, he put the injection too high in my arm,. This has caused cronic pain since the injection and a lost nights sleep and an inability to exercise. Having booked the appointment, then been warned by some locals it was not the place to go I was unable to change the booking using the NHS system. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Great advice from the young lady pharmacist last week about managing pain relief for my six year old son with toothache and an abscess. Covid jab also given quickly, safely and efficiently last month.
