If keeping people in pain waiting for a prescription for two days despite saying on the phone that the prescription is "out in the van" is a sign of excellence....then this pharmacy is for you. If you like staff not to fob you off and take time to look up your details to see if your prescription is due or not without lying....then you'll be best to avoid this place.

I'm just thankful this prescription was for severe pain which I have to endure for another sleepless night and not life dependent.

Excellent pharmacy there was a massive queue but when they seen me they called me to the front gave me my methadone and walked out don't know why people moan about this place 🤔

Awful pharmacy. Lost prescriptions. Waiting weeks for medication. I was told they would order my tablets which would be available next day. Waited almost 2 weeks to be told they couldn’t find any record of it being ordered. This is not the first time (happens all the time). Without my medication I will die so it’s pretty important. Shouldn’t be waiting weeks. Personally I haven’t got time to keep chasing them.
Another person in front of me was complaining they’d received a text message to collect their medication (yet their medication wasn’t even in stock). No apology to this customer, just told to come back in a couple a days. Avoid if you want an easy, pleasant transaction.

I had used this pharmacy for well over 20 years. The service I have just received is appalling and I have now changed to a different pharmacy. I have been trying for weeks to get hold of this pharmacy to see where my prescription was as I hadn't heard from them at all. I work full-time and can't just go into the pharmacy to ask questions. I rang my doctor and they said there has been a lot of complaints as the pharmacy haven't had a phoneline for a few weeks. Surely this is unacceptable for a busy pharmacy to not sort out their phoneline???

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff are totally inadequate. They tell lies,they tell you that they have requested a prescription from the doctor and they haven't!!!!This has happened to me three times now!!! Avoid at all costs if you need a prescription. Goes elsewhere, I definitely am !!!!!

Normally pretty good but lately they seem to be short staffed and very busy because of this which has been resulting in some extremely long waiting times resulting in to many people in such a little shop which is not good with covid 19 situation this is such a shame as it was always known as a great chemists

Smack head walks straight in and out methadone in hand,, me,, ive waited four days, then a wrong despatch FOR SKIN CREAM!!!,telephone calls unanswered resulting in wasted journeys in covid situation with people going there just to be turned away,,DISGRACEFUL and totally unprofessional

Trying to put a repeat prescription in for my inhalers and days i have gone without now as they just don't answer the phones I've called and called for 3 days and nothing its a joke
