Absolute rubbish. Sent home with nothing because i should still have three tablets left and im to early. (yes, they actually count my medication) I leave it until only one left and guess what.??..They have actually cancelled my prescription because i havent been in to collect. Told to call 111 to arrange emergency as i was off on holiday. Tesco refuse to help and i then have to arrange with 111 to go to Sainsbury. Still no good.. Problem with the 111 system and told to go back to my original pharmacy.. "TESCO"..lol.. After a few choice words they finally give me my REPEAT PRESCRIPTION and blame my doctor for the mess..

A red headed lady (maybe south-african) is the rudest lady I've ever encountered. A horrific experience. Made it audibly clear I was inconveniening her, huffed repeatedly when I couldn't remember the exact date I received prescription (Dr didn't date it and I had no idea that it was vital for her to process. She failed to mention that the first 3 times she petulantly asked) then tried to ask me why I wanted a FP57, even going as far to ask what medical condition I had that would justify me wanting one. Obviously none of her business. Disgracefully unprofessional. Lady Infront of me obviously had a similar experience as I saw her in the shop afterwards furiously on the phone telling someone about her bad experience.
Theres a gentleman who works there who is absolutely lovely and caring. She is the complete opposite. Should not be employed in this profession

Tried to phone pharmacy. at 3 pm today Saturday waited several retries, then I was just cut off . Phoned shop number instead, no response again cut off . I wanted to collect urgent prescription , sent to them earlier by GP.

Dreadful service in both these depts,

They have always been very helpful and friendly even when I have heard customers being rude to them and blaming the staff for their own doctor's failures. Plenty of information when needed.

Went there today (06/11/22) with a rash under armpit’s
Asked the pharmacist if I could have a word. I explained that I have not seen a doctor as I have given up trying and only offered phone consultation.
He guided me to a small room for consultation and prescribed some cream. Very professional and kind. Pity you can’t get that service from the NHS.

Third time in a row I've attended this pharmacy just after 0630 to collect a prescription to find the place in darkness....despite their opening hrs being shown as 0630. 1st time I waited until quarter to seven and was late to my work as a result. Today there was a queue of 5 people also waiting. Gave up at twenty to 7 and walked out to see the pharmacist walking in.....I'm sure if you've done a degree you would prefer not to be doing shift work but at the end of the day I have to be at work on time, and it is massively inconvenient to not be able to rely upon information regarding accessible hours....very poor in in this respect. If you can't be bothered to get to work on time, change the opening hrs to 0700, and I'll stop wasting my time with this lottery.....
