Never have a been to a shop with such rude and ignorant staff, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars. Stay away and use a different shop.

Disgusting shop with rude staff. Came in to get a Clarins gift set and ended up being followed by 4 members of staff who were exceedingly rude. I do not wish to be followed around in stores as if I’m some sort of low life thief. Thankfully took my business elsewhere. No wonder these pharmacies are all shutting down.

Very lovely staff! Always helpful in every different aspect of the shop. Prescriptions are always correct and quick. They sell such nice bits for gifts and the staff are always more than happy to help when it comes to finding presents - and always offer to do gift-wrapping free of charge as well. Can't fault the staff or the shop.

Excellent friendly and extremely helpful staff! This shop is a little hidden gem.
I popped in to buy my wife a present and was greeted by a young lady who talked me through their extensive range of high end perfumes and cosmetics...... This was several years ago and now my wife actually works there! Happy wife = quiet life!

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were aways happy to allow my hearing dog in training into the shop and she would get so excited to go in to see everyone. The gift wrapping was also very good and aesthetically pleasing.

Such lovely and helpful staff you can get so much from the shop, they have all different popular brand and also brands that I have never heard of but all so upperclass! they do such good discount on perfume and aftershave I have recently brought some perfume which was £30 cheeper than anywhere else, very helpful staff when it comes to the makeup and skincare they will help to advise you what you need and want, I recently got my new foundation was the shop and was helped by a delightful lady (danielle) who picked the perfect colour for my skin and picked a lipstick to match, I come all the way from high Wycombe to visit this shop as I find the staff so helpful and I always seem to get what I want!

Very good customer service. Staff are very helpful with both cosmetics and medicines. Amazing range of products. Always very clean and has lovely window displays all year round!

They never have any Covid tests at Amersham and just watched them patronise an 80+ year old women, telling her that she had to get a code to pick up test. Poor woman has no clue and was given a leaflet to go online for code. Just awful.
