Had an appointment booked here for a covid vaccine 3rd dose. Got there and took a seat, they come to me and say there's only one vaccine left which they'll give to someone more vulnerable.

Totally fine with the other person getting the jab instead of me but they didn't have the courtesy to call and let me know there aren't enough vaccines. They weren't at all apologetic for wasting my time.

Horrendous. I used this for over a year for my regular repeat with no problem. They have never been an issue. Today however the pregnant pharmacist who I’ve not seen before kept me waiting for 20 minutes giggling and laughing behind the desk to tell me they don’t have my prescription and I’d have to call my GP?! I have been on this medication for six years and this is the first time it has ever been an issue. I tried explaining to her I need this medication to live and she just kept interrupting saying no call GP call GP. I called my GP who said they issued it already as they do every month and the pharmacist just obviously didn’t want to look for it. I have now changed pharmacy. I advised others to do the same.

This has been my designated chemist for nearly thirty years I have had wonderful, friendly service and, until recently would have given them five stars. However, since the owner retired and his relatives have taken over, the staff are rude and inefficient.

There have been instances of items being overpriced. The telephone is not answered as promptly as it was and sometimes, it is just ignored.

Really upset with the service. Asked for advice for a wound I had and the response was not confident at all. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help at all really disappointed.

Only interested in making money. No regard for questions of patients. You ask 3x times if the vaccine covers BA4/5 variants and everyone is saying “yes” when leaflet and box stage BA1. It is no appropriate conduct for any pharmacist to actively mislead patients.

Today l experienced an excellent service from the chemist (Imran) who was patient in addressing the specific questions l raised regarding my medication and provided useful comprehensive advice going forwards.

Pharmacy is well stocked but service is cold, abrupt, and bordering on the plain rude. A smile and a please and thank you wouldn’t go amiss.

The staff here are rude and unfriendly. Be prepared to be ignored and made to feel like you're an inconvenience. I've used this pharmacy for over year for my prescriptions so have definitely given them a good go. I've now moved to an online delivery service.
