Rude, arrogant staff and pharmacist.
If someone comes into your shop it means they are not well.
Be a bit more humble and don’t lie to them about their prescriptions not being sent over.

The staff try to be helpful but the system must be wrong? Even after waiting the 48 hours that they say they need for the scripts they are never ready and have to wait days whilst they replace the stock of even common drugs eg co-codamol. I know that the infrastructure of BG has changed with all the new residents but it may be better to acknowledge that they are out of their depth. Its a shame as it was a wonderful service before.

It’s terrible. Slow service, never have items in stock, frequently issue “IOUs”, prescriptions that they’ve sat on for over a week will only get prepared while you’re standing there waiting. Not helpful with queries, can be rude. The interior is unloved, half-empty shelves and feels grubby too. The community deserves a better pharmacy.

Prescriptions are never ready on time even 2/3 days after sending to the pharmacist. ALWAYS a long wait even if there’s only a couple of customers. Frequently only supply part of the prescriptions meaning you have to return another day and go through this painful shop experience again . Lacking organisation and customer focus.

Convenient location and good service from staff but the prices a extremely high. Item I purchased was £3 higher than Lloyds and Boots pharmacies.

Every time you go in there it is a problem. Endless waiting followed by half hearted excuses. Don’t get me started on the attitude of the staff , remember you are being paid for a service not doing people a favour

Dreadful place. Staff are rude and the Pharmacist lied in front of me and said well we don’t have it anyway This is after I called in twice and was told it’s not ready. Then came back home called later in the afternoon told, we don’t have it call in and pick up the paperwork.

Thank you for your help tonight, even though we couldn’t get the meds after other pharmacy shredded it. Fingers crossed 111 issue it for the morning x
