Wilkes Pharmacy

I am using their services since last two years. I am very pleased with their prompt services. I got my medicines delivered always on time.

Avoid this chemist at all costs. Lazy and un-cooperate staff. A family member of mine was running out of life saving medication and they said they refused her medication as she hasn’t been for her yearly check up yet this year. She then had to phone the doctors who denied saying this and then after making a fuss finally got the chemist to fulfil the prescription but will not do this until tomorrow leaving my elderly relative without her necessary medication. What a joke of a pharmacy. They need to retrain their staff in customer service as I clearly believe this is an acceptable way to run a pharmacy when people rely on them for my life or death medication.

Awful customers service. The man behind the counter obviously thinks he's better than everyone else. He needs to go on a customer service course. Avoid.

I had to make several trips to pick up a repeat prescription, but the pharmacist stated the meds were not there and the surgery saying i could go collect ? On the day the meds arrived i was told by the pharmacist I did not have a repeat prescription. I tried to discuss this with him as he seemed to be the person in charge and could clearly see my records if he wished to clarify- but he completely dismissed what I was saying, speaking loudly in front of other customers. The whole episode was insulting on top of being unwell and taking time to make unnecessary trips. I will be changing my pharmacy. I would not recommend anyone umwell going there.
