Boots Pharmacy

Pharmacist unable/unwilling to help with very product advice about a very sensitive health issue . My product information query was bounced back to nice but unknowledgable assistant. What should have been said was "I'm very busy but if you can come back in 10 minutes ...". This chemist has always been my last resort and will stay that way.

Giving this pharmacy one star is over generous. Failed to order my rx twice.
Colliers wood branch is better, they are more organised and friendly.

Had a really bad experience with a member of staff, extremely rude and caused a scene in front of other customers leaving me feeling humiliated!
Don't get me wrong most of the staff members are lovely and can't help you enough but this one person has made me want to boycott the store completely ! Really awful experience!!!

I have to say , I have been unwell for over 7 years and been getting prescription over 5 years and I have to be honest the gentleman who run this boots is so understanding and helpful and very kind and patient. Not one bad things to say ❤️🙏

I don't know if I am just unlucky or some of these 5 stars are not real. Every time I go to collect my meds, we have a ho ha and lots of running around looking for my scripts. They insist this is my doctors fault, but 👎

Pharmacy mainly. The boots it self is very small so not a large selection. I always order online and then click and collect here. Fast and reliable service.

This branch could do with updating. Social distancing arrangements are in place which is positive. Shelves were well stocked.

Very helpful with my phone query
