Really poor service yet again from this pharmacy. It seems they don’t care since patients have no choice but to use them. Told a prescription would be an half hour wait when only one other person was waiting. When I asked if it could be sooner and explained why, a blunt ‘no’ was the reply. This was very inconvenient but not as bad as when they dispensed the wrong dose for a family member. Please make sure you check carefully any medications issued by this pharmacy as they are not reliable.

There is a young lady (In her early 20's) who works in this Pharmacy with blonde hair who is extremely rude. I went in to ask a question about my prescription but before i could speak a word, I accidentally stepped a foot over the black sticker which i accidentally did not see and she started shouting at the top of her lungs telling me to stand behind the line, like a yappy doberman! She really scared the hell out of me and my daughter so i won't be returning to this pharmacy again until she has been relieved of her duties.

Needs to learn manners.

The sales assistant (older lady with glasses) is extremely rude and unhelpful. During the COVID-19 pandemic, normal practices have been modified, but only to make the process easier for the pharmacy, not customers! Name slips need to be completed and handed in. There are paper slips and several pens in a basket for customers to use, which are touched by everyone coming no - no hygiene measures in place!! We entered our car registration registration details on the screen provided to make sure we did not get a parking ticket, but it was not working. We tried multiple times whilst the sales assistant was watching (the older lady), only to be told by another, more helpful assistant that there was no need for us to do so as it was not required. Why on earth was the screen not covered? Surely many people would have gone in and done exactly the same thing and the screen would have been touched so many times, completely unnecessarily. To top it all, the prescription that we had ordered online and had received a text telling us it was ready, was actually not ready. A complete waste of time. The only positive comment is that the Pharmacist is very helpful indeed. All the others should take some tips from him!!

The behaviour of the staff in this place is abhorrent. The manner in this place is rude, dismissive, and quite frankly deplorable.

Older lady with glasses is useless and unhelpful.

Lady with short dark hair has zero manners and needs to be given training on "hello", "please" and "thank you".

Shame on you Lloyd's Pharmacy for employing pond life like this. Our community needs a pharmacy to compliment their surgery and support their people, not this shambles.

I have always found the team to be very help and patient.
Others have posted very rude comments. I wonder just what place one other reviewer would like the staff to be put. You sound like a very rude person who needs to be put in your place

Always Poor service, staff or senior pharmacist don’t care if you ask for any information or guidance on medicne. They do not bother at all

I can't believe how incredibly rude the staff are! Will they not learn?! It will take someone to shout at them and put them in their place!
