AYP Pharmacy - Lancaster Road

Hate to give a poor review, as the pharmacist here is excellent; Highly professional, respectful and polite. Sadly today I went to collect my prescription today & I was met with the rudest, gormless moron I've ever met in my life. It beggars belief she may be let loose on vulnerable members of the public. Her colleagues looked vacant and were useless. Disgraceful lack of humanity & empathy

Absolutely excellent service. I have had good service from them re flu jabs & odd bits'n'pieces over the past couple of years.
Last Saturday I got more help - and more accurate, constructive help - here from pharmacists Salma and Jill than I got from a GP callback 'service' a few hours earlier.
Then, after a long day on the phone and internet with my Dr and Nurse Practitioner on Monday - which confirmed what Jill had thought - the pharmacy which is associated with my GP practice were rude and unhelpful when I asked them about delivery of prescribed meds. So this morning I phoned Lancaster Road Pharmacy and they are organising delivery of my meds this afternoon.
Many, many thanks from the elderly lady with shingles!

Very helpful staff, in particularz apologies if I have mispelt this, Sabran. The trainee Pharmacist has really helped me with my enquiries. Should be proud to have such a good employee.

Unprofessional workers have been oppressed by whom a civilian and a patient, during a long-term illness and being a victim of many crimes in the NHS, DWP, etc., led to the unjust imposition of PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE - NHS PRESCRIPTIONS by their omissions. The pharmacist is excellent and professional, sadly let down by staff, one in particular who gossips about patients and has caused me to change pharmacists, I've also taken legal advice about her stalking me at the bus stop.

If you are Scottish or have any Scottish money forget coming here.

They discriminated my mother in law for paying for a product with a Scottish note despite it being legal tender.

No other pharmacy or indeed shop has an issue with it.

Its my fault for being nice person and not questioning people, but is extremely disheartening when they rip off people in broad daylight. Paid 28£ for an item I could have gotten for 9.80£ if I had time to wait. Unfortunately my child needed the solution. I feel like the women there just stated price out of thin air. Extremely disappointing. Places like that should be closed. Also noticed that prices there it’s definitely more expensive than other usual pharmacies..

The walk in flu jab here was a really good sevice. Normally walk in and have it done. The last couple of months been in while passing. Come back at another time. Did that and no 1 there yet come back in a hour. Which most people carn't do that.or not doing my age group yet. Only been a problem this year.
