I don’t believe everyone working in this pharmacy is qualified. The lady at the till didn’t seem to understand what was going on and people in the back kept talking for her.
This pharmacy isn’t equipped to have a travel clinic. They do no possess the necessary skills to offer this service. The documents I received didn’t note that the test was a nose swab. Which caused issues when travelling abroad.
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
That is no OK at all....Noone wanted to listen to why I was unhappy. Firstly I was put the blame that I was standing not to close enough , secondly I was being shut up by telling ok, ok when I was trying to tell what I was unhappy with.....There was not even sorry...
That was awful, I'll never ever come back......
The staff in here are incredibly rude and need a personality check. My private health service requires the pharmacist to log into an online web service to retrieve my prescription, and so I went in to enquire about this but was ‘greeted’ by a rude cashier who told me to write my name and date of birth down. I said I would like to speak to a pharmacist first to see if my request was possible and she deliberately ignored me and rudely repeated to put my name and d.o.b down.
I then gave them the details and looked over the counter to ask the pharmacist if my request was possible and she said, she hasn’t looked at my ticket yet.
I left to go M&S and came back 5 mins later; was briefly ignored and then just told “we don’t have your medicine”, whilst with her back facing me and attention elsewhere. I said, I’m sure it’s not on your system yet as you need to retrieve it online, were you able to look? And she rolls her eyes, still not stopping to talk to me properly and rudely tells me again, they don’t have my prescription.
I told her she was being incredibly rude and asked that she respond to me in a more professional manner and she ignored me, then stormed over to the pharmacist to ask what was wrong.
Pharmacist had no idea what was requested and asked me to check it myself on my own phone to which I told her, it’s not possible for me to access as I’m not a licensed pharmacist and legally can’t do that. And she just stood there blankly and confused.
At this point, the rude cashier had already infuriated me since I had been waiting 15 minutes already to be disregarded and not dealt with.
If they were unable to use the private service, then just politely tell me and I would have been fine. But instead, they chose to be rude.
Would never come back and would recommend anyone go to the Westbury Clinic down the road instead or chain stores like Superdrug/Boots.
Today was the last straw, having been told it’s not there, checking with my GP it had been sent over a week ago. Then I returned to explain to the pharmacist only to be met by a surly, unapologetic and extremely rude dispenser! He ignored me when I queried the information he had given me earlier and muttered something about it being delayed in the ‘system’. I was not acknowledged at all and he was just very rude and bad mannered, in a shop with staff and customers. It is not how you expect to be treated by your pharmacist (or anyone at all!) needless to say I will not be returning to this pharmacy and would not recommend it.
I came back from abroad, took the PCR test day 2 I purchased from this Pharmacy for £85, back to them, they said I would receive the results within 24 hours.
I went home, stayed in my room as I didn't want to take the chance of giving Covid to my husband if I had caught it while away, 24 hours went past, 48 hours went past, still no results, tried to phone them on several occasions and emailed them and there was no reply. This morning, I went and asked them about this, they told me that this has nothing to do with them, they said that they sent the test back to the lab. When I said that I paid £85 for a test and not received the results, I asked for a refund, and they told me that there is no way I would be getting a refund.
Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs, or it may cost you!
