This pharmacy has never failed me. It has always arranged the right medicine on time every time (when big name pharmacies gave up after 2 weeks). The staffs are very professional and helpful. On top of everything tHe pharmacy stays open till late.

My wife had a heavy cough and I went to collect cough syrup; there was two staff in the pharmacy, they didn't acknowledge my presence or answer me after my calls, I requested their assistance but they continuously ignored me and I asked them why they are ignoring me; one staff shouted me to get out of the pharmacy and second staff verbally assaulted me by saying "he will smash my face" and ran toward me to hit me however his colleague stopped him. I am a registered patient with this pharmacy and their customer is just appalling. I will change pharmacies because I don't trust them & scared to visit them again and warn others to take precautions to save yourself from poor customer service & threatening staff.

We prefer using this pharmacy, it’s the best in the area, staff are extremely professional, helpful and well informed. The pharmacy is well organised with lots of staff so we’ve never had to wait for long periods to be served.

Each time I go there I'm very disappointed in the kind of answer I get back from the staff which makes me feel that they don't know what they are doing, asking medicine advice for such things as a couch, eyes swelling or any other they don't have an answer at all or go to the GP, so I went to the different pharmacy where I got full assistance and advice in a professional level and help which I needed. I don't recommend this pharmacy

Great pharmacy. I have used them since they first opened. They are open on Sundays and on other days they close at 11pm which is really handy.

Really helpful and easy to arrange appointments for vaccinations with. Very informative and went out of their way to help me understand more about which vaccinations I would need!
