Edith Cavelle surgery sends all patients by default to them so they get alot of undeserved business but they do not participate into "minor ailment scheme" to help the community. Pure cowboys. . will never buy feom them ever again

Moved to Jackson’s pharmacy after poor service at Streatham hill chemist, and very glad I did. Lovely friendly staff, always willing to help.

Didn't have a great experience with this pharmacy. It took almost an hour and three trips back and forth to finally collect the correct prescription. At first they insisted they couldn't find my prescription on their system, and said I needed to call my GP back. The GP confirmed that the prescription had been sent hours before and was definitely sitting on the system. So I went back to the pharmacy and they did eventually find it. However when I got home I realised they'd given me only ten tablets when the label said 30, so had to go back a third time. Waste of time, won't go back.

I went in to ask for help for a minor medical ailment (boils on the button) and was instantly told they could not help in any way whatsoever. This, of course, is nonsense, the black chemist was useless and the cave-dwelling white assistant did not seem to know what planet she was on. Avoid at all costs.

My prescription hadn't gone through the system yet, but the staff made extra effort to track it down and made sure I got it right away.
Very friendly staff, clearly willing to help out, and overall clean-looking store.
