Very friendly and knowledgable staff members. Always prepared to help whenever I have a question and that little girl who is the pharmacist is amazing at doing the flu jab! Better than my GP!

Did not open at given time. Like everyone mentioned no one picks up the phone.

I have been using this pharmacy now for several years and never once have I had an issue with my prescription always ready and waiting for collection. Ravena the pharmacist is always organised which makes me feel secure in knowing what I am collecting will always be correct and sure enough it is. The staff are warm and friendly and always ask how I’m doing and take a genuine interest in how I am and always look forward to a friendly chat with my little boy!!! Well done Peaks and thank you for the great service over the years!

Rudest pharmacy ever, ring for advice and get the most abrupt woman on the phone!

Not happy. I am isolating due to Covid and I have spent the past 2 hours trying to call for help with a prescription sent to the pharmacy by my GP. The phone just keeps ringing out and I desperately need my prescription. The pharmacy doesn't close until 6.00pm today, so why didn't someone there have the decency to answer the phone and explain how busy they must be and offer to call back. I am left now with no medication and a miserable night to look forward to.

Great pharmacy could not help enough when I had to shield. Also make medication trays for my husband. All staff & pharmacist are polite, friendly & easily approachable.

Lovely village pharmacy, polite friendly staff who have worked tirelessly through the Pandemic . Can't thank them enough for their efficient and professional service throughout this difficult time.

This pharmacy and its staff have been brilliant on every occasion, they are professional and supportive and very caring, in my honest opinion they are the best pharmacy in Tamworth
