Boots Pharmacy

They are supposed to automatically re-order prescriptions from our GP.
Some months they do, some months they don't. Now telling me, after 2 years of hit and miss, that I'm not on their system for re-orders and need to reapply. They always blame the GP who in turn blames them. Hardly ever answer their phone. Never an apology. Absolutely useless, don't bother!

i go to this boots have been for the last 6 months I've never ever caused any trouble or being rude to any of the staff. I'm a recovering addict and I'm on a prescription it's a daily pick up and I will admit I have missed days and not picked up my prescription yesterday I fell on my own I missed picking up my prescription so I phoned in today as I can't get out the house because of been sick and I mean being sick all day yesterday and today and asked if someone could go down there and pick up my prescription for me and the man the manager was very rude judged me by saying he pays for my prescriptions as I get them free and obviously I'm on benefits he also said he pays for me he was very rude he made me cry he was that rude I also suffer from mental health illnesses I am so upset that someone who know nothing at all about me apart from the prescription I pick up and he has judged me on that how can u judge someone because of the medication they pick up medication does not tell u anything about a person there life or who they r as a person nothing at all and I will be taking this further becouse regardless he has no right at all to judge me or even treat me in that way no one deserves that kind of treatment

Went to this pharmacy today because my son has a skin condition. I went to the pharmacy to get advice on what ointment I can use.
Well let just say: I couldn't complain about the service, because THERE WASN'T ANY!
The gentleman who was meant to assist me was unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there.

Quick service, polite staff Audrey & Alan are 2 of the most helpful people you could meet the only fault i could raise is the shop is just to small for the volume of custom it recieves which i presume is mostly filling prescriptions because the products selection is VERY limited clearly obvious with minute shelf space making it extremely frustrating when you know the huge range stocked inside most Boots stores & expect of such a great brand of pharmacies i presume is The Number 1 in the country which i feel is giving other LESSER stores custom that would easily be theres if they were the size you would expect of a MAJOR PLAYER IN MEDICATION,HEALTH & BEAUTY ETC SUPPLIERS ....I have taken so much time on this simply to say EXPAND the store it would be a profitable investment guaranteed WAKE UP BOOTS its there for the taking everyone wins RANT OVER ... great shop whatever 9/10 ✴✴✴✴✴

First time there and received really bad customer service, won’t go to this boots again. In fact it’s put me off boots completely. Much rather use independent chemists

Between the gp and the pharmacy what a joke. I've a sick 5 month old child whom I've been trying to get her antibiotics prescription. I've called 15 times they haven't answered but suddenly line busy. Disgusting very angry

Wow what can I say. I had a prescription sent over today from 111 for my daughter who was very poorly! Any how they sent it over but the guys couldn't find it and it was near closing time. They pulled out all the stops to track down the prescription and finally found it. Absolutely professional and understanding and the team of 3 were more than outstanding!! A great experience from truly lovely people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great stay, great facilities, nice staff.
Family room was a bit small but the quality of bed, curtains, shower etc... makes up for it. Large car park. Only negative is it is a little far from the main action
