Pickfords Pharmacy

Used a couple times, staff were friendly and helpful and provided a quick service.Because of this I have switched my prescriptions to collect from here instead of my old pharmacy

All the staff in here are lovely but they have employed a girl who is absolutely rude to every customer. She handed or rather threw my change at me and it went on the floor and I got no apology or even a thankyou whenever she serves me any other time. Its a real shame because as I said the rest of the staff are lovely and polite. I was there today and she was absolutely awful again and even the people who were waiting for prescriptions were shaking their heads at her rudeness.

I absolutely love all the staff! They have supported me for over 15 years and I will continue to use this place forever! Always friendly, caring and kind!

Excellent and efficient service considering it is a very busy pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff. The only pharmacy in town that is open late most evenings so excellent if you need something outside the typical working day hours.

Prepared to leave my aged mother without her medication (althzeimers, heart etc) as they couldn’t get through on the phone to tell her they had started to charge £3.99 for delivery. Disgusting.

For some reason after using this pharmacy for years, this month's prescription is currently running 5 days late with no explanation. Is this acceptable

First and last experience with this place, i went in for a prescription on monday for a 10 day course of 80 meds and i was given 28 and told to come back wednesday to get the rest. I came in wednesday and was refused the medication as them not having them but was told “hopefully your immune system will fight it off” Which pickfords is now denying them saying it. Phoned several times with no answer, finally answered and got told my medication would be put to the side for me. My sister went to get it for me and got told that they had full filed my prescription which they hadn’t (they didn’t even give me a 5 day course). Finally got my prescription after so much unnecessary hassle. Pharmacy had so many good reviews i expected it to be amazing but would not recommend it to anyone

Can't rate the place any higher, staff are friendly,. They are well trained and knowledgeable, there when I first when there was a rude customer and they handled it professionally. Quite and clean
Honestly a pleasure that you for the great experience
