Roger Davies Pharmacy

Their NHS prescription is broken. I've been to the GP twice and get medicines sent here, but everytime I go I've find out that "the nhs didn't send anything to them" . Well, except for that time when they gave me another patients medicine (serious violation of private info politics) , having to come back and finding out that mine weren't there. I tried to support them as they're local, but I'm sure that this wouldn't happen at boots or superdrugs.

Was Great Service! (11 months ago) Until you spend no money, the pharmacist will change his attitude.

The owner is incredibly rude and aggressive and gets personal trying to fault his customers for his failure to get supplied in medication. I have been told I am a liar and screamed at, I won’t ever set foot in this pharmacy again. I have rarely experienced such “customer service”. Owner also fails to be discreet when needed and loudly say the name of the medication and what it does even for repeat medication. If you want to see what products they have and ask for advice, you’d better pay or you will receive the owner’s rude attitude. Honesty at a loss for word.

Have not had an experience thus far that has been positive from a customer service perspective.
Provision of medicine has been normal but the service levels must be improved.

Just amazing people, always take an interest in how they can help, more like close friend/family than a pharmacist. knowledgeable professional.

Pharmacist doesn't listen or care and is condescending. Won't even let you finish explaining your symptoms before giving you just anything. Because he didn't listen or care, gave me the wrong medication and made my symptoms worse. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Go to Nuchem at 159 Stroud Green Road. They let me speak so I could tell them what my symptoms were and gave me the correct medication
