Fantastic staff

Why have your contact number when the phone line is ALWAYS busy? How are you THAT busy you can’t pick up calls for patients at a critical time during and pandemic? And even when someone manages to get through, the staff just refer you to contact them in a few days time. Given the situation we are in, that’s understandable. But when you call them back, as instructed by said staff in a few days time; they still are too busy to pick up calls.

the pharmacy told me that they do not explain anything on a prescription just collect and go.
No information or assistance is offered at this chemist

They do not pick up the phone much you have to ring persistently at different time intervals

Friendly and local staff that know the local community well.
