Vision Pharmacy

Just been in this chemist for the last time. Its a handy chemist for me because its close to where I live but the pharmacist is so unfriendly, its worth that extra drive to the next one. Whilst I'm all for summering small businesses, I don't put up with poor and in this last instance, rude, customer service.

Excellent customer service. Every time I've been in here they've been kind and helpful and can't do enough for you. My mum noticed it too.

Very friendly pharmacists there, usually 3 gentlemen who are always happy to help! Very good customer service. I once asked them to order a certain lip care product in and they did it without any issues! Very reliable pharmacy!

Friend went there today to collect a Covid test kit for travel to the US on Monday - was told to phone a number and book a video call to verify the test which would be uploaded to a website for the airline to check on. The number given is only open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so clearly she was conned out of £39 for the test kit and lied too. Avoid this pharmacy.

In reply to the response from the owner, it was one of your staff that told her to call the number on a SATURDAY - a number which is not operated at a weekend or after 5pm.

Vey good customer service and they had amoxicillin available in stock which i couldn't found anywhere else in ipswich

Had my Flu vaccination today at Vison Pharmacy. Easy to book and very quick. Didn't even feel it. Pharmacist very helpful when asked about certain medication. I have had my prescriptions from here for a number of years and have always find the staff extremely polite and helpful

Great customer services, cannot fault them, they are prompt with ordering in my medication even when I have forgotten at times. These guys have been life savers and very helpful too, also the shop has a great community feel, 5* every time!
