The bold asian man is rude and ill mannered and they dont refund any item even if its not open and have no signage srating no refunds. Would never buy anything or recommend them to anyone. Younger ladies are pleasant yet still no mention of refunds when you purchase any thing

Very rude people.. I bought a wrist band last week for my friend and I wanted a small size but they didn't have so that lady suggested to take a medium size band which she herself opened and stretched and showed me and said if it doesn't fit you can return it. So the next day I went because it was not fitting that lady wasn't there so there was one man and some other women they said you can't return it and all, so when I told them about that lady from the previous night she said I could return it, so they called some lady I am not sure if she was the same one or somebody else she started lying that I didn't say anything like that and that I was lying about it. 😡

I rang the pharmacy today with regards to my prescription, spoke to a lovely lady called Fatima she was very polite and professional and informed me that the pharmacist would give me a call back. Was very pleased that I didn’t have to wait too long as within 10 minutes a lovely well mannered pharmacist returned my call and was able to give me really good advice. I would 100% use this pharmacy again.

Our stay from the US has been extended due to positive covid tests. The pharmacist and staff were so helpful and kind in getting my wife and I emergency refills of daily medications. They made it easy and no stress. Can't compliment them enough!!!!

I am working as well in costumer service department .All I want to say the staff of this pharmacy is the best 5 star from my side for the customer service and treatment of their clients , friendly and professional the same time! People who are blaming they don't know that the customer service is not an easy job ,you have 100*** on a daily basis and trying all your best to satisfy everyone .For those people who are blaming ,please approach to the staff with the right question and do not come from home frustrated and make someone's day awful.Right question ,right answer

Nice quiet little establishment. Super helpful pharmacist and curtious staff... Never gave to wait long to be served, they offer a delivery service too if you can't go in to pick up your medication (ask or call for details) it's my preferred chemist, so my prescription goes to them anyways. If you need to call for advice (and don't fancy the wait for NHS direct advisors) I'd give it a try. The advice is practical, informed and professional.. Well what's not to like huh?

rubbish customer service and staff was very rude. the pharmacist think he is some sort of king, very rude pharmacist. incompetent people working there including the pharmacist. They don't deserve a single star.

Excellent service. Friendly. Were very helpful in supplying me with NHS Covid-19 self test kit. Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend them.
