got a referral from 111 to get some antibiotics on a Sunday. went to the pharmacy and the man who served me was extremely blunt and said it’s not what they offer, despite 111 having sent the referral. said there was nothing he could do. received a phone call from a lady the next morning asking for me to come in for a consultation as they do offer it and I was sorted the next morning with no problem. the lady was lovely and helpful, but extremely frustrated with the rudeness and unhelpful attitude I received the day before

I have been with lloyds pharmacy for 1 year now and can honestly say they are an absolute joke 5 times my meds have been either wrong or a lot is missing and as for their phone service there is none today I had to have an emergency prescription done by my gp for me this was at 11.35 since 1pm I have rang them 166 times and no onehas answered

Great walk in centre for Covid booster vaccination. Staff were really helpful and efficient.

Well done to all staff the service is quick and efficient and always helpful. Having to take medication iss not great but because you sort it out with no hassle and on time it helps alot thanks

They never answer the phone. It says if you haven't heard from them about tour prescription then ring. I let my phone ring out for 50 mins and no one answered

I was sent down by 111 to get a prescription for antibiotics.. I told the assistant what I needed.. Then waited over a hour to see the pharmacist only to be told that I was wrong and I would need to go to the walk in centre in bromsgrove. I phoned 111back and they said that therewas no need to be told that as the information that 111 gave me was correct. The whole chemist that was was extremely badly run and they were serving when it pleased them

This is most unstocked lloyds pharmacy I have seen all my life absolutely terrible. Somebody from lloyds Hq needs see this store terrible you cannot call this lloyds

Easy to find though I didn't have what I needed.
Neither did others due to shortage.
