Really bad customer service and medical advise. For a viral conjunctivitis I received Chloramphenicol eye drops (used for bacterial conjunctivitis). The next day when I came and I told them the issue, they tried to sell me Hayfever eye drops. Ridiculous!

Wow. The lady with American accent should work in a cellar, away from people. Not in a pharmacy.

This pharmacy has gone over & above expectations and helped me so much, thank you Norbury pharmacy!
