Kings Pharmacy

Generally a good pharmacy but please update the opening times on your website. Tried to collect my prescription after work today. Arrived at 5.50 in the evening only to find you were already shut. It also says 6pm on the text I received to say my prescription was ready.

So friendly, helpful & always polite. The pharmacist (new in last year) is a really nice guy & always greets me with a smile. They have a "no more than 2" policy at the moment. Also plenty of sanitizer on the counter. Another positive is never having to wait long for my prescriptions. Yes I would definitely recommend this pharmacy

Staff was very rude on the phone and hung up on me multiple times. I will be changing pharmacies! Also they close earlier than they are supposed to- this place is highly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Good community pharmacy. Could be a little more welcoming to visiting customers (maybe I visited at a bad moment) but very professional and they know their stuff.

This is my local pharmacy and have found them always available to help. Also available on the phone when I needed to check if a prescription had come through from the doctors. On one occasion the doctors had sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, but Kings Pharmacy sorted it out for me then and there so that I could still walk out with the prescription in my hand. So helpful.
One thing that would help? Would love them to open on Saturday's - even if it was just for the morning...but that's my only negative.

Excellent pharmacy! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I find Kings Pharmacy to be very reliable and timely with my prescriptions. Recommended!
