Service is awlful. The staff are miserable, rude and disinterested in assisting customers. I have been to other branches who have gone above and beyond to be helpful. Would recommend Lloyd's pharmacy in Charlton sainsburys instead.

I can only speak to my experience of the pharmacist here but she was excellent, knowledgeable about the medicines I had just been prescribed and took time to explain exactly when and how to take them and what side effects I might notice. This is not the sales staff, but the pharmacist herself.

At least 3 staff behind the counter but none will come to serve you until they've finished their conversation.
I waited 5 mins, in full view, made prolonged eye contact with one of them and still...they will totally ignore you. To those staff, please remember, there are very vulnerable people in the community - long term sick, elderly and disabled, who need prompt assistance and you're not helping.

I would give -10 starts if possible. The staff were awful the last couple of times I’ve visited. Today, I’ve asked for a cold sore cream and the lady with short blond hair brought up a pharmacy brand cleam. When I asked her if I had any other options or brands, she was like, “we have zovirax” and made it clear by her attitude that she wasn’t going to show it to me or tell me where it is. I asked her what was the difference between the one she was offering me and the zovirax, she was mumbled something like “they are the same, it’s acciclovir”.. When I asked “ So do both of them have an active ingredient acciclovir?” She literally ROLLED HER EYES and said “yes” in a very rude tone. When it came to payment, she just pointed her finger at the card machine ( forget about “please”).. and of course, at the end, no “ Thank you” or whatsoever.. just silence. Avoid this awful place unless you want these rude people ruin your day!

If I was able to give zero star then I would. Worse customer service you will experience
Count yourself lucky if they even have your medication in stock, something as popular as contraception you would think you should be able to get at the pharmacy and when you asked for estimate when it will be in stock all they say is they don't now, they don't even make the effort to say they will order for next delivery like other pharmacy does.
Don't even get me started on the waiting time, even if you were the only person in line they will still tell you that you need to wait 20 minutes

I went there today under the directions of NHS 111 to pick up an emergency prescription and it was shut. NHS 111 had checked and told told me it was open till 22:00.
Sainsbury's Customer service told me it should be open, then changed tack and used the Bank Holiday as an excuse, and told me it was the NHS's fault. Sainsbury's customer service were unable to tell me the nearest pharmacy that was open.
