Have recently changed to this dispensary and have been greeted in a very pleasant smiling and accommodating manner and seem only to willing to talk things through with the you. Excellent! No Complaints. And the pharmacist is 200% there for his customers.../ clients/ patients how ever you wanna class your selves

I've been to this pharmacy 3 times. The first 2 times have been pleasant, however my most recent venture today has really annoyed me. I asked for a lateral flow test and the lady said to me "Oh, you want one too?" It was said in quite a rude tone with an unnecessary eye roll. There was only one person before me and they didn't ask for one. This lead me to wonder what they had meant by this. I later realised that, as I was walking towards the store, an asian lady with a small dog had barked at me and scared me. I was being racially profiled. I didn't know her. It was extremely rude to assume I had known her. I didn't appreaicte this at all.

Fantastic service. My prescriptions are sent digitally from my GP surgery and are always dispensed and ready in superfast time. The dispensing staff are top class.

What a lovely service given there by all staff and the pharmacist can seriously multitask so knowone is waiting around.. very friendly and a pleasure to be a customer.. also they have a very broad selection of stock.. brilliant chemist! Keep up the good work !

Never going back here again! Everyone goes in with different problems, and the last thing you need is someone yelling at you and making you feel worse than you did before you entered the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist there did exactly that, and was very unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars, but the lady at the till was lovely so that one star goes to her

Very rude customer service from the main pharmacist at the till. I don't know his name but he yells at customers, as he did to me today.

Used Lloyd's pharmacy in the past who I've always thought of as quite rude and abrupt. They didn't have what I needed and thanks to Google it directed me to your chemist who not only had what I needed but gave a fantastic service with a smile. Thank you
