Green Light Pharmacy

If you're in need of immunisations for an imminent trip you can't go far wrong with the travel clinic at the Green Light Pharmacy on Hampstead Road. They gave me advice on what injections I needed and the most cost effective approach for the longest coverage. I booked a next day appointment. Excellent in-store, no fuss, service. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

Had another appointment here, great experience again. They are very professional and friendly, seem very knowledgeable about vaccinations and were happy to discuss my concerns.

Had to go to work abroad and need prior vaccination. Had four of them in one go and it was real quick and barely feels anything. I generally faints with needles but I didn't for this occasion do I'll say they know what they are doing.

Consultation prior to injection was very thoroughly done and instructions were made very clear. All vaccines were recommendations and patients got to accept or not.

Iona was warm and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and informative in her communication about the vaccines I required for my travels. The process was quick and efficient

Went in for a biometric health check, I was taken into a dusty dirty office room to have my blood sample taken, hardly what one would call hygienic. Without even asking any questions was given some pretty questionable life advice. Wouldn't recommend it for check ups. The team at the pharmacy desk seemed very friendly, I'm sure they are great at filling scripts.

Green Light were so helpful and really made me feel at ease when having my vacinations. I would highly recommend them to anybody and will always return when i need vaccinations for future trips.

Booked and paid for an appointment with this pharmacy through patient access. Took time off work, made the hour and a half round trip, only to find they didn't offer that type of appointment. Tried to pass entire blame on patient access, but some responsibility must sit with the pharmacy as they didn't even know the login details to check appointments. It's easy to see how if this pharmacy no longer offers the service the information may not be passed on to partners.

Bad service. Booked a flu jab for a specific time and then told it would be a 40-60 minute wait. Also didn’t accept a voucher enen though they were listed as a provider.
