Everyone in the shop is so polite, helpful and understanding.

Although I know they have problems getting delivery staff, they always make an effort to deliver on time.

Telephone calls are usually answered quickly and dealt with In reasonable time.

I thoroughly recommend them if you need a local chemist

Consistently late in delivering much needed medicine. Frequent calls chasing up delivery. Not good when house bound people and people who are in pain are waiting for meds.

Terrible Day Lewis pharmacy. Never pick-up the phone, always too busy and I suspect understaffed. I rather go anywhere else but here. When you ask them why they don’y pick-up the phone, they reply ‘we are too busy’. Totally useless.

Absolutely negative impolite rude totally insensitive to any need making me feel i was a terrible person when i done nothing wrong(!) even begrudged checking the ingrediants for me the very opposite of a good place to go to.

Fabulous service and a wonderful team who really care! They remember who you are, have offered wonderful advice and have certainly checked in on my husband more than the GP

Surprised by these negative reviews. This pharmacy has been nothing but great in my eyes. Always helpful, giving advice and time for a friendly chat when things arent too busy. Thanks guys

Nasty female staff members, no manners and unhelpful (the male who works there is lovely and communicates clearly )all female staff I’ve encountered have been rude and couldn’t give a toss about their patients

Very rarely answer the phone and when they do the telephone manner isn't great
