Went to Cranston Chemist for my travel jabs. They were thorough, friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable about all their products and this makes all the difference. This is how retail and customer service should be everywhere. Shop local!

Always helpful, friendly service, always have a pleasant experience when I call or visit in person.

Since management has changed. I cannot get hold of you, phones are never answered I’ve been calling for a week now for my repeat over 100 dials. Changing pharmacy with immediate effect.

Lack of professionalism and lack of manners.

Poorly run pharmacy, I called waited 25 minutes, they answered "yes what do you want" (I am not even kidding), I wanted to speak to a pharmacist of stronger hay fever tablets. Put me in a loop waited 25 more minutes, as it was only 10 minute walk, while on the phone I walked there. They didn't even had handed the phone over to the pharmacist. No lack of remorse when asked what are you doing the guy just cut the phone and acted busy looking at a shelf.

Ended up paying £11 for non prescription tablets they did help and work but I would not use this place going forward.

Excellent service recently changed management.Now deliver prescriptions.Wonderful service waited years for this.very fast delivery no problems plus all items I requested were in the bag.In the past all this was very hit and miss .No phone calls to chase Thankyou all so much

Rude staff. Did not consult on travel meds asking how long travel was for etc and wasn't given the right number of pills. Needed a weeks worth more and they expected me to pay for a full pack of 24. Refused to split the pack of pills. Joke of a pharmacy

I always found them very helpful. Very cooperative. The owner of the Pharmacy is so nice person. It's about 9 years we are going to this pharmacy. Thanks a lot. Really appreciate.
