staff are very helpful and they always have offers on too the only problem I have is my prescriptions are not always right but that may not be just there fault but in general I like the chemist very helpful staff they sell all sorts of items not just medication x

Will never use this pharmacy again. I collected a prescription just before Christmas and asked for the next repeat, for two items, in three months time. I went back at the beginning of March and was told it had been ordered 2nd January and as I had not collected it had been returned. No apology for their error and attitude appalling. When I asked what I should do now I was told "well you'll just have to go back to the doctors and order another one". This is not the first time I have had problems there.

I don’t even know the point of this pharmacy even being open. Never have the prescriptions, no dispenser and take ages to get a prescription ready even if they did have it.

Meant to be open from 9 , its -3 outside, waiting with a sick child in a freeze and lady inside is pretending she dont see people waiting, its 10 past 9 , its a joke !!! Avoid!! They never have what u need, dont waste your time coming here!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are extremely rude (apart from one with silver/grey hair I can’t remember her name). Prescriptions are always late no matter how early I put them in and they argue over it when I am understandably slightly frustrated, but I never take it out on them, so there is never a need for them to be so rude.

Avoid, there is no real pharmacy here. There's a common theme on these reviews...

Their staff advised us that their new policy is to ignore any prescription orders until you go in for them as they don't have the capacity to prepare them in advance.

But then when you go in, they can't prepare the prescription (and by this I mean they can't get a pre-made bottle from a shelf) for at least 2 more days after you have to physically go in in person.

Hopefully Lloyds will invest a bit more and hire a few more staff so this pharmacy can become a pharmacy again and start providing a service. At the moment it's a laughable process that is not fit for purpose.

No matter how long you leave to collect your prescription, it is never ready! Left it weeks sometimes and always have to wait. The past few months have been particularly bad with no staff and a new computer system. Avoid like the plague!

These folk are the slowest ever. When you do finally get attended to the advice is wrong or bad. Prescriptions are dealt with in no hurry. They just dont seem to care. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
