A first class local pharmacy with very friendly helpful staff you get the personal service not received in the large multinational's like Boots.

Mr patel is always very helpful. I would recommend using his Chemist.

I visited on Tuesday 24th May 2016 at about 1015.

The front of house attendant was looking for a bag of drugs for an elderly
lady and did not acknowledge my presence. no eye contact but just carried
on doing what she was doing. Eventually after 10 minutes the elderly lady
suggested she attend to me but I was still ignored.

Eventually she (without even looking at me or saying anything) grabbed the
form from my hand - at that point I said a very loud THANK YOU and *finally*
she looked at me (no idea whether she realised the point I was making or
not).

I was in there about 20 minutes 75% of the time being ignored.

It's been a long time since I have had such bad customer service and
needless to say, I did not sign your petition. Workers like that deserve
to lose their jobs, there is simply no excuse for not saying a simple good
morning, I will be with you shortly....

I use this chemist regularly. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this chemist.

Small local pharmacy

The front staff behind the tills were polite and friendly. However, when I called a few times to ask about different prescriptions the male pharmacist was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone local.

Nice little chemist, who orders tablets from your doctors for you.
