This is the worst pharmacy I know.

Awful service and terribly rude customer service from one particular lady. I am not one to leave reviews but this is not the first time I have been disappointed and treated badly. Truly disappointing at a time when you need help.

Shocked. Real improvements needed.

What an amazing team in this pharmacy! Having had a lot of issues elsewhere I went & met the owner Stuart & discussed my concerns of moving to using their services for my Dad’s medication. I now keep asking myself why didn’t we move to using this pharmacy sooner, all of the staff are friendly, reliable, very approachable & kind! They constantly go out of their way to help, keeping us updated & informed, it is so truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone & it’s great to support such a lovely local shop! Thank you so much to all the staff!

We have been using Wickham Market Pharmacy frequently since we moved here five years ago. Throughout that time, we have received first-class service from the team. Stuart runs a very fine operation and is very approachable. Linda, Lynn and Sarah have been outstanding throughout. Family member was getting my medication for me. We are new to the village and were unaware of what time ordered medications could be collected. The woman behind the counter was rude and very sharp with my family member and left her afraid to go back in to collect my medication. I ran out of what I needed because the assistant was unapproachable and very unhelpful and rude. I am looking at getting my medication elsewhere.

Family members have visited on three occasions and on each occasion the staff have been most unhelpful. We'll go to Boots in future.
