Day Lewis Pharmacy Broad Street

It's a small pharmacy with sometimes short waiting times. Most times is next day collection for prescription medication. They have a small variety of non pharmaceutical products for sale.

This used to be a friendly helpful and on point pharmacy my parents have used it for many years but has gone down hill since take over the medicine either is not put thru when asked and like today should have been delivered yesterday and when I was trying to just find out where it was , in a high a pitched voice on the phone said it was gone yesterday I asked gone where ! Then she started shouting ,don't shout at me I said I am not she said your shouting .this lady should not be answering calls so from now on will take service elsewhere.my dad is 88 and so needs his med .a simple explanation was needed rather that it was gone yesterday.

£6 for a pack of Lemsip is outrageous. Only £4 in Tesco... I thought it was Dagenham not Kensington.

Very slow staff busy talking amongst themselves instead of dispensing medicine one of the worst pharmacy in Dagenham need a management team that looks at customers first not bothered about customers as they are next to a large GP hub hence they don’t care about customers

Never answer the phone, if you ring and look at them they just stand there like lemons wondering what's ringing cause they clearly do not know a phone sound.

Tragic. I come few times for prescription. They give one part of prescription another they said you will get tomorrow. I paid for both. When I come for another part they said still not comes. I come few days later again. They said its out of stock. So, why they not tell me first time? I come few times for nothing. Also, they ignored me when I am waiting. They didnt tell me anything should I wait or go to doctor.

My wife recently had her covid booster, it wasn't until afterwards, she realised the nurse never cleaned her arm with a disinfectant wipe, just used her finger (without gloves) to wipe her arm and had done so for the 4 people before my wife 😡😡

Never answer their calls.. went to pick up my medicine my GP prescribed and there's no bloody pharmacist there to dispense any medicine.. what a joke!!!!
