Closed today -Sunday. Fine but what times are they open on other days.It would be more helpful if opening hours are displayed for whole week or month

Painfully slow, staff standing chatting to each other for ages whilst holding customers medication. No consideration for customers

Rude, unhelpful staff and very slow service. The consultant said the prescription could be delivered but the pharmacy staff said no. When my number was called, I had to wait whilst a member of staff finished her chat with a friend.

The staff are clueless, the Pharmacist was asking the patient clinical prescription questions and they keep you waiting endlessly. The pharmacy needs a new management.

Let’s the hospital down !! Very Rude and Abrupt staff . Very hard to get hold of when trying to phone . Especially difficult when the patient is “ Clinically Extremely Vulnerable “ and we have to rely on Home Delivery . In our opinion RPH and ALL it’s staff are real Credit to our Wonderful NHS . Such a shame this independently run pharmacy truly let’s the side down !!!

My partner and the Father of my 5 yo son admitted himself to A&E at RPH with chest pains. He was 2 weeks off a triple heart bypass. A&E changed his medication and gave him a prescription for this hospital pharmacy. It could not be redeemed at any other pharmacy. When he went this pharmacy was shut!!! I think it was about just after 5pm on a Saturday evening. Before he got chance the collect the script, he died right in front of me and our children. Why does it have to be THIS pharmacy for people from an EMERGENCY department? It makes no sense. My world is ruined. I’d give minus 1,000 stars if I could!!

My Son in law and father to my 5year old grandson, might still be alive if this Chemist had been opened. My Son in law suffererd with heart problems and went to A&E with chest pains. He spent most of the day in hospital having test and then they discharged him with a prescription, but when he went to the hospital pharmacy it was closed. On the prescription it has written that the prescription can only be issued at this hospital RPH chemist. The hospital pharmacy has the prescription monopoly which means you cant go to another chemist only them. We still have the paper prescription. My Daughter and Grandkids watched their Dad suffer a heart attack the next morning and he died infront of them, he was only 47years old. This is crazy, its capitalism gone mad, people are dying because the hospital chemist is the appointed chemist to make profits from prescriptions. What a sad country we live in now. Its profits before health!!! This is unacceptable and needs sorting before more people die, we are all devastated. It has ruined my Daughters life. Nothing can bring my Son in law back, but this awful situation needs be sorted.
